What Is a Rights Offering?
A rights offering is a mechanism that gives existing holders the opportunity to participate before a new issuance round opens to the public. In Mammoth, this matters because it gives holders a fairer structure when a project raises again.
Instead of treating future fundraising like something that simply happens against current holders, a rights offering creates a holder-aware path into the next round. That is why it is a core piece of rights-based anti-dilution.
In practice, this helps projects raise more than once without sending a signal that early supporters are disposable.
